Web Guidelines

As of May 1, 2011, these guidelines are under revision. Please use them as a guide, but we realize some of the information is severely outdated. We have put together a subcommittee to identify changes that need to be made. We are hoping to have this updated by the end of August.

These guidelines serve as a "best practices" guide for state agencies to develop effective Web sites for the Missouri State Web.

Using these guidelines will help agencies communicate information efficiently and effectively, improve the ease of use and , organization of information on state Web sites, enhance the interoperability of state Web servers and Web sites, and meet user expectation of information and technology.
